Our strict standards of legal and fiscal responsibility make it possible to put the maximum amount of resources into significant educational projects internationally.

  • Cooperative Studies is governed by a responsible Board of Directors which meets at set times each year to establish policies, set budgets, approve partnerships, oversee operations and review accomplishments.
  • Cooperative Studies, Inc., is able to receive charitable contributions and is recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 tax exempt, educational organization.
  • We maintain the highest ethical code of financial accountability and reporting consistent with responsible non-profit educational organizations.
  • Since part of our purpose is to promote sound educational and ethical progress, Cooperative Studies is committed to adhering to the laws of the United States as well as the laws of each host nation. Cooperative Studies will not provide information or work in collaboration with the intelligence, espionage or military arm of any government including the United States, Canada or Great Britain.
  • We honor the voluntary support of our donors and sponsors by maintaining conservative and wise use of funds. We have proven our commitment to prudent fiscal management by a record of careful stewardship of the money that we receive. This enables us to provide greater services for every dollar than many Western universities and agencies.
